-Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new conveyancing lawyers.
-Conduct onboarding sessions to familiarize lawyers with conveyancing practices and procedures as well as the firm policies, procedures, and best practices.
-Stay updated on legal industry trends and conveyancing laws to incorporate relevant information into training modules.
-Collaborate with senior legal professionals to tailor training programs to align with the firm's goals and standards.
-Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance evaluations.
-Foster a positive learning environment that encourages continuous professional development.

-Minimum of 5 years of experience as a conveyancing lawyer.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong understanding of conveyancing laws and legal procedures.
-Coaching or mentoring experience is a plus.
