Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients (such as bankers and real estate agents).
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
2. New Business Development:
- Generate new leads through networking, outreach, and attending industry events (when requested by the Partners).
- Develop and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to bring in new business.
3. Marketing and Branding:
- Implement marketing strategies to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation.
Requirements
- Conveyancing/banking lawyer with at least 3 pqe OR business development officer in a bank.
-Experience in marketing is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian conveyancing/banking practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese.
