-To handle and manage dispute resolution issues in the company.
-Stay abreast of the latest developments of the laws and regulations related to the business.
-Provide legal guidance and support on matters related to the business.
-Work closely with stakeholders to assess legal risks associated with new products and features.
-Review and negotiate contracts related to the business.
-Ensure that agreements align with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- The ideal candidate for this position has at least 7 years of post-qualification experience in dispute resolution practices at a reputable law firm and/or as an in-house counsel.
-Someone with prior experience as a litigator, now working as in-house counsel, will have an added advantage.
-Experience or exposure in compliance would be an add-on.
-The candidate must speak fluent English.
-Good team player and highly efficient and hardworking.
