1.Possess deep knowledge and experience in litigation, offering legal advice and insights to clients.
2.Represent clients in litigation matters, including independent court appearances, negotiations, and legal research.
3.Advocate for clients in court, presenting arguments, cross-examining witnesses, and managing all aspects of the litigation process.
4.Develop and execute comprehensive litigation strategies, set goals, identify legal issues, and determine the best approach to achieve favorable outcomes.
5.Assess the risks and benefits of pursuing cases, advising clients on the most strategic and cost-effective approaches.
6.Maintain strong client relationships, keep clients informed about case progress, and address client concerns and questions.
7.Negotiate settlements and agreements when appropriate, using experience to reach favorable terms for clients.
8.Stay up to date with changes in the law and engage in continuing legal education to maintain expertise.
9.Willingly undertake any tasks assigned by senior partners from time to time.

1. A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a reputable law school.
2. Admission to the Malaysian Bar and a valid practising certificate.
3. Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in general litigation (experience in land and property litigation is preferred).
4. The ability to conduct trials independently at all levels of court.
5. Strong communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
6. Leadership and team management experience is preferred.
