- To handle or assist in handling all matters relating to real estate conveyancing that the firm undertakes such as preparing SPA for sub-sales, security documentations for banking facilities/loan as well as all incidental matters until completion.

- Attending to meetings with clients, authorities, correspondences and other types of works assigned by the firm from time to time.

- All other tasks related to real estate conveyancing that are not specifically stipulated above.

- 1 to 5 PQE in conveyancing practice, especially subsale.

- Candidates who can work independently.

- Candidates who can converse in Mandarin/Cantonese are preferred.
