-To draft and prepare real estate conveyancing agreements that the firm undertakes such as joint venture agreements, sale and purchase agreements, security documentation for banking facilities/loans as well as all incidental matters until completion.

-To offer legal advice and support to clients pertaining to the pre-launching activities of the developer. such as the requirements for licensing, bridging loans, etc.

-Attending meetings with clients, authorities, correspondences and other types of work assigned by the firm from time to time.
All other tasks related to real estate conveyancing that are not specifically stipulated above.

-7-18 PQE in conveyancing practice with a strong focus on joint venture agreements and pre-launching works.

- Candidates who can converse in Mandarin/Cantonese are preferred.

- Able to work independently.
