-Stay abreast of the latest developments of the laws and regulations related to the business.
-Provide legal guidance and support on matters related to the business.
-Work closely with stakeholders to assess legal risks associated with new products and features.
-Review and negotiate contracts related to the business.
-Ensure that agreements align with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.

- The ideal candidate for this position has at least 5 years of post-qualification experience handling complex or large corporate or commercial transactions or projects at a reputable law firm or as an in-house counsel (preferably in banking, other financial institutions or financial regulatory or transactional practice, but not mandatory).

- The candidate must speak fluent English, enjoy working in a fast-paced high-intensity environment, show excellent legal and commercial judgment, be a good team player and be highly efficient and hardworking.
