� Provide legal advisory support to the business and operational functions of the Group of companies.

� Contract review, drafting and negotiation for a variety of commercial and corporate transactions, including contracts and documentation for commercial, telecommunications, technology, media, sales and procurement contracts.

� Work collaboratively with various stakeholders within Group of companies to ensure compliance of internal policies, corporate governance and regulatory requirements.

� Work to be assigned from time to time.

� 8 to 10 years of PQE

� Experience in any or a combination of the following areas of law: Commercial/ Corporate/ Telecommunications/ Media/ Technology

� Prior in-house experience in the info-communications or technology industry will be an advantage.

� Strong contract drafting and negotiating skills

� Analytical, strategic thinker, pragmatic and solution oriented

� Reliable, self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently

� Responsive, articulate and with strong interpersonal and communication skills

� Competent with Microsoft Office suite
