- The candidates will be working on various banking legal and regulatory issues report to counsel in Singapore.
- The ideal candidate for this position has at least 5 years of post-qualification experience handling complex or large corporate or commercial transactions or projects (preferably in banking, other financial institutions or financial regulatory or transactional practice) at a reputable law firm or as in-house counsel.

- A solid understanding of banking laws and relevant regulations and guidelines is a plus.

- The candidate must speak fluent English, enjoy working in a fast-paced high-intensity environment, show excellent legal and commercial judgment, be a good team player and be highly efficient and hardworking.
