1. To handle or assist in handling all matters relating to real estate conveyancing that the firm undertakes such as preparing SPA for development projects/sub-sales, security documentations for banking facilities/loan as well as all incidental matters until completion.
2. Attending to meetings with clients, authorities, correspondences and other types of works assigned by the firm from time to time.
3. All other tasks related to real estate conveyancing that are not specifically stipulated above.

1. 5 PQE and above in real estate conveyancing.
2. Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
3. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
4. Able to work independently.

This position is only open to Malaysian citizens.
