- to assist the Partner in TMT, M&A, corporate exercises, commercial contract and other corporate and commercial related works.

- 1 to 3 PQE with corporate-commercial experience.
- must be willing to be exposed to different areas of law and be able to work independently with minimal supervision from the Partners
- must have high proficiency in English (written and spoken) and strong critical thinking skills
- good writing/drafting, time-management, file management and analytical skills
- able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- a team player and out-going personality
