- Assist in the preparation of legal documents in a timely manner;
- Collate relevant information and documents;
- Conducting legal research;
- Assist in maintenance of clients files
- Schedule of deadlines;
- Assist to liaise with clients and other parties;
- Assist in the routine operation of the small office;
- Assist in any other matters assigned by management from time to time;

- Candidate with law degree
- Candidate with some experience working in law firm (litigation exposure) is preferred but not a must
- Fresh law graduate is also welcome to apply
- Candidate who is able to converse in basic Chinese is preferred
