- Attend to all general conveyancing works including Developer's projects and sub sale SPA, banking and financial works from initial until completion.
- Ensuring that all transactions meet their legal obligations.
- Attending meetings with legal parties involved in transaction.
- Attend signing of the SPA and other legal documents.
- All other tasks related to real estate conveyancing that are not specifically stipulated above.

- 2 to 10 PQE in real estate conveyancing.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Added advantage to applicants who are able to communicate in Mandarin.

This position is only open to Malaysian citizens.
