1. To assist lawyers in preparing sales and purchase agreement and loan documentation for developer project works.
2. To assist in other conveyancing related works e.g. perfection of titles and charges and etc.
3. Raise payment voucher and invoices, follow up on payment of invoices in a timely manner and etc.
4. To liaise with clients, relevant government authorities and other relevant parties.
5. Monitor progress and update clients files.
6. Other ad-hoc assignments as required.
1. Candidate with or without relevant experience.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. On the job training will be provided.
4. Candidate who can speak in basic Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred.
