- heading the Banking & Finance team attending to domestic and cross border transactions on :

� asset financings (real estate),
� project financings,
� acquisition financings,
� Islamic financings and syndicated loans amongst others, and
� banking transaction advisory works.

- 8 to 15 years PQE in corporate banking practice
- rain-maker is preferred
- in-house banking lawyer who is keen to resume private practice is also welcome to apply
