Assist in the Legal Support
-Provide legal assistance and support to the company in researching any points of relevant to the company and the group (where applicable)
-Interacting with other division units in the company to ensure compliance with laws and regulations relevant to the company.
-Provide legal advice to protect the company's interest in areas such as investment, operations, projects, risk management, employment, intellectual property, corporate issues and funding.
-Draft and review legal documentation for the company and the group (where applicable).
-Provide assistance in the co-ordination and monitoring of services provided by external legal counsels.
-Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment relevant to the company and to provide recommendation(s) on the appropriate action that needs to be taken.
-Provide assistance in stakeholder management involving internal and external parties.


Legal's Policy, Procedures and Guidelines
-Provide assistance to develop, implement, enforce and where applicable make recommendations to improve Legal's Policy, Procedures and Guidelines.
-Provide assistance in the development and provision of template agreements which includes Non-disclosure Agreement and Terms of Engagement for use by all divisions in the company.

Dispute Resolution
-Handle, assist, coordinate and provide relevant information or any instructions to external counsel in any litigation, arbitration or dispute resolution proceedings.
-Review and amend documents prepared by the external counsel related to such proceedings.

Resource Person
-Provide advice, guidance and information to the employees of the company and the group (where applicable) on matters pertaining or relating to the company's legal policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the employees implement them correctly when carrying our their duties.

-9 to 16 years of experience in M&A
-smart and excellent communication skills
-good command of English
