Legal Support
-Provide legal assistance and support to the company in researching any points of relevant to the company and the group (where applicable)
-Provide assistance to ensure compliance with laws and regulations relevant to the company.
-Provide assistance in any litigation or arbitration proceeding which affects the company, including the process of any amicable settlements of such proceedings.
-Provide assistance in the provision of legal advice to protect the company's interest in areas such as investment, operations, projects, risk management, employment, intellectual property, corporate issues and funding.
-Draft and review legal documentation for the company and the group (where applicable).
-Provide assistance in the co-ordination and monitoring of services provided by external legal counsels.
-Provide assistance in the monitoring of updates on relevant legislations as well as regulatory environment relevant to the company.

Legal's Policy, Procedures and Guidelines
-Implement and enforce Legal's Policy, Procedures and Guidelines.
-Assist in the development and provision of template agreements which includes Non-disclosure Agreement and Terms of Engagement for use by all divisions in the company.

Resource Person
-Provide advice, guidance and information to the employees of the company and the group (where applicable) on matters pertaining or relating to the companys legal policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the employees implement them correctly when carrying our their duties.

-2 to 3 pqe in corporate practice.
-experience in merger and acquisition is an added advantage
-smart and excellent communication skills
-good command of English
