Managing client independently, including advising client on conveyancing matters and liaising and updating clients on progress of their cases.
Drafting of SPA and legal documents, negotiating terms and conditions of SPA and finalisation thereof.
Attending to execution of agreements with client.
Managing and monitoring clerk in charge.
Guiding clerks on their daily work plan and work output.

Sensitive towards timeline and completion of files on timely manner
Meticulous, organised and systematic in her work approach
Good communication skill with client and team members
