- Ability to draft cause papers for construction disputes whether through Court proceedings, CIPA proceedings or arbitration
- Liaise with clients and handle complex construction disputes with moderate supervision
- Advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations based on Malaysian laws and regulations
- Prepare necessary documentations and reports.

- Strong technical skills
- 8 years post admission experience
- Construction disputes experience is needed
- Experience in a top tier environment will be well regarded by not essential
- Ability to identify issues and possession of sound judgment are essential
- Committed and driven with strong sense of accountability
