- The successful candidate will be leading a team of lawyers in attending to corporate finance projects, corporate transactions and corporate advisory work. This includes but not limited to initial public offerings, M&A and restructuring transactions, compliance and regulatory work, fund raising in the capital markets and general advisory & commercial matters

- The successful candidate will be part of our Corporate team attending to corporate finance projects, corporate transactions and corporate advisory work

- PQE of minimally 5 years in corporate & commercial practice with experience in IPOs preferably gained from reputable/leading law firms. Well-rounded experience that enables him/her to be able to come up with pro-business legal solutions with strong customer focus.

- Strong leadership skills, excellent command of the English Language, enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment and is results-driven
