Senior Conveyancing Clerk

1) To handle all conveyancing matters from preparation of SPA/Facilities agreement and loan documentation.
2) Independently handling SPA files from beginning to end.
3) Handle conveyancing matter including sub-sale, loan documentation & real-property projects.
4) Corresponding, attending and communicating with clients, developers, bankers, law firms and various government agencies.
5) Preparing status report and executing other tasks assigned by the Firm from time to time.
6) Quality-focused and attention to details.
7) At least 2/3 years of working experience in the related field will be advantage added
8) Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude and multi-tasking.
9) Salary will be based on years of experienced.
