1. To manage and oversee the firm's IP portfolio.
2. Attending to IP office actions, refusal, hearing or opposition including drafting legal submission and other supporting documents.
3. Attending to IP legal advisory works including formulating IP strategy, drafting IP agreement and other legal instruments.
4. Supervise and lead the executive team to ensure strict compliance of deadlines and quality of work.
5. Raising IP awareness among communities
1. Bachelor of Laws
2. Preferably 3 years' experience in IP
3. Competent in conducting IP search and filing IP application
4. Competent in preparing and filing response to office actions, refusal and opposition from IP Office
5. Competent in conducting legal research on novel issues and propose solutions
6. Competent in drafting agreement and legal instruments
7. Excellent command of English.
8. Meticulous, pay great attention to details
9. A fighter who would go all out to achieve the goal
