- To manage all full spectrum of HR & Admin related activities including payroll, recruitment, compensation, career development, performance management, training, personnel affairs policies, administration and etc .

- To handle all the office maintenance, company's motor vehicles, group insurance, license, road tax, utilities and etc

- To handle manpower planning to ensure right number of people, right kind of people at right place

- Implements, manage and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, leave, taxes, and other deductions.

- Responsible for government grants application

- To implement HR and Administration SOPs and process flows.

- To develop and implement HRA policies, Employee Handbook, JDs and SOPs.

- To conduct interviews & follow through with hiring processes.

- To attend and handling employee counseling, grievance and disciplinary matters.

- Responsible for preparing an appointment letter, confirmation letter and other HR related confidential letters and update employee profile into payroll system.

- To liaise with respective government statutory bodies for related matters i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Income Tax.

- To manage employees' movement (new hires, promote, transfer, termination, retirement and etc).

- To handle staff engagement activities ie annual dinner, CSR projects & etc

- To handle all HR & Admin related matters and undertake task as and when assigned by management.
- Possess a Bachelor/Diploma's degree in HR related tertiary qualification.

- At least 2 years of hand-on experience on full spectrum of HR & Admin related activities.

- Good command in English and Mandarin/Cantonese communication.

- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Possess good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

- Good command in English and B. Malaysia. Ability to communicated in Mandarin/Cantonese is preferred.

- Willing to work at Jalan Kuching (5 days/week, 9am to 6.30pm).
