- Supporting general counsels in different regions on operational and administrative tasks as and when assigned
- Assist in data entry and uploading documents to legal systems
- Drafting simple Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- At least 5 years experience working as a paralegal, legal secretary or similiar role
- Good communication skill
- Technology savvy
- Advance in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Willing to work in a multinational environment
- High compliance/ethical standard



This position is only open to Malaysian citizens.
