Job Scope
This is a Global Portfolio role, covering both Legal and Company Secretarial works

*Act as sole legal handler of identified contracts, including liaising with internal clients and managing external counsel
*Manage contract lifecycle starting from the point internal request comes in to filing of fully signed contracts
*Draft and review contracts
*Provide legal advice
*Manage litigations
*Conduct legal research

Company Secretarial
Handle full spectrum of company secretarial matters, including liaising with internal clients and managing external company secretarial firms

Ad hoc legal and company secretarial tasks
*Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Law
*At least minimum of 12 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required with a combination of 6 years in reputable Law Firm and 6 years in-house with reputable MNC with regional exposure
*Hands on in general corporate, commercial, compliance and company secretarial work
*Experience in managing external advisors and legal spends

*Able to handle and priorities high volume of projects within short timeframe
