- Personal Assistant to Partner of the Law Firm
- Schedule appointments, meetings, travelling arrangements
- Full spectrum of secretarial and office admin duties
- To undertake ad-hoc projects and private and confidential assignments that is assigned by Partner of the Law Firm
� Past working experience in secretarial / administration work.
� Resourceful, initiative, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and independent.
� Strong management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
� Positive working attitude, pro-active and able to work under pressure.
� High level of integrity, commitment and a sense of urgency.
� Excellent in both written and spoken English
� Must be computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office
