Professional Qualification
- Manage the company secretarial department as the Corporate Secretarial Manager for the Group.
- Attend Board, Committee and Management meetings and prepare minutes of meetings.
- Organizing, preparing, coordinating, compiling and circulating meeting papers for all board, committee and management meetings, AGMs and EGMs.
- Administer all company secretarial practices including updating, maintaining, submission and taking custody of all relevant statutory records, minutes books, forms, documents and common seal of the company.
- Liaise with Bursa Malaysia, Securities Commission, Bank Negara Malaysia, Companies Commission of Malaysia and other relevant statutory bodies including Management and staff on secretarial functions.
- Preparation of notice of meeting, agenda, board resolution, statutory documents, annual reports, corporate statements and Bursa Malaysia announcements.
- Submission of application and renewal of regulatory licenses including signages and moneylending.
- General administrative duties related to company secretarial functions.
- Responsible for the performance and development of the subordinates.
- Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators qualification or Degree in Law.
- Member of MAICSA.
- Minimum 5-10 years of company secretarial experience.
- Sound knowledge of the Companies Act, Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Malaysian Code of Corporate Governance and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Responsible, diplomatic, maintain confidentiality, integrity, meticulous and adaptability.
- Good communication and supervisory skills.
