The client is an MNC with its HQ in US. Their global legal and compliance (L&C) department is looking to hire a Paralegal (2-6 years of relevant working experience) to provide administrative and/or operation support to the global L&C team, among others, in managing and implementing global contracts management system, document depository system and others.

Candidate will be based in its Centre of Excellence in Petaling Jaya area in Malaysia. The office is accessible via LRT.

Ideal candidate should have experience in legal or possess legal background but not a must.

- Assist with the Implementation and management of global contracts management system and document retention repository for the Legal & Compliance department.

- Upload current and historic documents/agreements to the new Sharepoint Repository.

- Upload current and historic NDA agreements to the NDA repository.

- Implement and coordinate a global roll out of the new contracts management and repository process to all stakeholders.

- Oversee the Legal & Compliance department pages on the internal server, ensuring documents easily identifiable, regularly updated, with appropriate security access controls in place which are regularly reviewed.
- LLB with 2-6 years of experience or exposure in using or implementing IT system. (legal technology is the best but not a must)

- be confident to be the liaison person between global L&C team and IT team

- have experience in IT project management, system analysis; knowledge management or legal tech roles are perfect

- strong communication and interpersonal skill with good command of English
