We are a legal firm based in Mont Kiara and we are looking for a Legal Secretary to provide administrative and legal support for our lawyers. Salary will commensurate with experience.
General Roles and Responsibilities:
� Assist and work with solicitors;
� Full legal secretarial support in preparation of correspondence and legal documents, including filing court documents, proactively collect client information and update relevant databases;
� Daily management of office, including managing lawyers appointments, booking meeting rooms, managing meeting room logistics, coordinating and filtering incoming correspondence, deal with hard copy mail/post and arrange for dispatch of documents / letters;
� Arrange lunches and dinners and other events as required, including reviewing venues and menu planning and ensuring costs are maintained against budget;
� Proactively collect client information and update relevant databases;
� Other administrative support.
� Good command of written and spoken English and BM;
� Ability to building effective and trusting relationships with people internally and external to the firm.
� Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
� Willing to work beyond office hours when required;
� Meticulous, well organized and able to work under time constraints;
� Time management skills with the ability to think ahead, prioritise workload, respond to and manage changing circumstances;
� Suitable candidates with reasonable aptitude
� Manage lawyers diaries;
� Issue invoices for lawyers;
� Relevant work experience is a must.
