Responsibilities
1. All accounting matters in relation to the firm and any other entity that you may be instructed to be in charge of, including but not limited to must be able to do full sets of accounts and monthly P&L for partnership and company.
- full sets of accounts for partnership and company.
- Administrative work including filing, vouchers, keeping files in tidy and managed manner.
- must be able to generate monthly P&L and Management account.
- must be meticulous and organized
- must be able to operate legal soft and incorporate information on time
- must be able to generate monthly p&l and management account
- prepare and submit sst, pcb, epf socso and eis.
- prepare monthly payroll
- control leave and mc list
- liaise with tax agents, auditor, Bar Council, and banks for empanelment
- renew the practicing cert, pay all subscription fees and professional indemnity on yearly basis before the deadlines
- human resource responsibility including job advertising, leave control (whether paid or not paid), pc control, confirmation and arrangement for interviews
- be wholly responsible for allowances, claims, petty cash, reimbursements, issuing receipts, tax invoices
- payment of utilities, stationery control
- administrative work including filing, vouchers, keeping files in tidy and managed manner
- prepare cash flow projections and collection and aging reports
- liaising with company secretary for filing of annual returns
- other tasks that may be assigned form time to time
- Administrative work including filing, vouchers, keeping files in tidy and managed manner.
- Human Resource including issuance of letter of appointments, payroll, socso, epf, staff hiring.
2 Admin work in the firm including liaising for purchase of stationery and needy in the office, electrical and maintenance and other admin work.
3 You shall learn and master the system for accounting matters in the firm.
Requirements
- at least five full years of working experience as an account personeel
- report directly to the partners
- able to work independently
- committed to work
- must possess own transport
This position is only open to Malaysian citizens.
