- Performing general administrative and accounting tasks - filing, preparing cover letters, maintaining schedules, ordering/ purchasing office supplies, answering the telephone, preparing payment etc.
- Attending to instructions given by the office manager and/ or partners.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
- Required language(s): High proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Having Chinese speaking abilities would be an advantage
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Computer literate
- Strong communication skills
- Meticulous, hardworking and a team player
- Prior working experience in a legal firm would be an added advantage
