1. Responsible for statutory compliance duties including annual filings and maintenance of corporate records.
2. Handle and support regional corporate secretarial team on a full range of corporate secretarial matters across different jurisdictions.
3. Responsible for KYC/AML/CFT compliance documentation collection and working with the regional compliance and regulatory team.
4. Administrative support including data entry, filings and other administrative duties.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
� 4-7 years relevant working experience.
� At least a Bachelors Degree in Corporate Administration, Professional Certificate (Chartered Secretary or ICSA), MACS, LLB, CS registered with SSM, or equivalent.
� Experience working with international or regional firms and clients preferred.
� Language: English (proficient)

� Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
� Solid work ethic with high attention to detail.
� Good working knowledge on corporate secretarial and corporate governance requirements, and ability to identify and document specific governance and compliance issues, propose resolution options, and interpret matters from the perspective of involved stakeholders.
� Excellent written/verbal/communication, listening and facilitation skills.
