- dealing with stamping of letters of offers and loan documents
- issuing all letters to relevant parties for all loan files
- preparing vouchers in relation to loan files
- calling clients and parties as may be instructed to follow up or for details
- conducting searches for the loan files
- carrying all tasks and duties as may be instructed including follow ups for
all conveyancing files as may be instructed
- other tasks as may be given from time to time
- prepare loan documentations on time on basis
- delivery security documents to banks
- keeping track of file assigned in an efficient manner
- attending to ancillary document of sale and purchase agreement
- any other tasks assigned from time to time
- at least two full years of working experience as a legal Clerk with some experience
- report directly to the partners
- able to work independently
- committed to work and can handle stress and long hours occasionally
- must possess own transport
