- must have hands-on experience in employment cases, including wrongful termination, discrimination and wage and hour matters.
- handling transactional and litigation matters for both public and private companies.
- 4 to 6 years PQE of legal experience within employment law.
- excellent writing, research and communication skills.
- must have interpersonal and self-management skills in order to guide clients and effectively meet deadlines.
- must be analytical, creative, persistent, flexible and responsible.
