- To assist lawyers in handling SPA and/or Loan Documentation works
- To liaise with clients, bankers, agents, relevant government authorities and other relevant parties
- Maintain and update clients files

- Minimum 1-2 years experience in handling general conveyancing and banking works
- Able to speak in Mandarin would be preferable
- Good working attitude, diligent, hardworking, reliable, responsible and commitment to job responsibilities and meticulous with details
- Good interpersonal skill, willing to learn and take on new tasks and a good team player able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Candidates who are able to start work immediately or with short notice would be an added advantage
