- Assisting the team with filing of documents and arrangements for service;
- Assisting the team with preparation of correspondences and management of documents;
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
- Responsible for front desk functions and guest reception;
- Liaise with supplies and service providers;
- To liaise with clients, developers, bankers and various government bodies;
- To maintain/update file status on various platforms of operating systems; and
- To assist on any other ad hoc duties assigned as and when required to do so.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field;
