- to draft, negotiate and advise on various commercial agreements in relation to the business
- to provide full spectrum of in-house legal support to businesses globally
- managing legal team
- work closely with senior stakeholders and board members to provide legal, corporate governance, compliance, licensing advice
- to manage external company secretaries and to assist in corporate secretarial related works
- to involve in corporate exercises and managing external lawyers
- to undertake projects on ad hoc basis as assigned by CFO
- 15 to 20 years of legal experience
- corporate partner in reputable firm is welcome to explore
- experience in leading a team of lawyers
- experience in drafting, advising and negotiating corporate and commercial agreement (both local and cross-border)
- experience in advising on corporate exercises e.g. M&A exercise
- good business acumen
- ability to speak and review contract in Mandarin is a must
- experience in supporting regional businesses is preferred
- self-starter, responsive, team player, service-oriented and approachable
- able to work in fast-paced environment
- able to travel when the need arises
