Our client is a reputable global firm located in Klang Valley. They are looking for a Corporate Communication Manager with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Reporting to the APAC Communications Leader, this role will enhance the Firm's brand and reputation via news and social media outreach in Malaysia, while providing some PR support to offices across other South East Asian markets.

- To assist in the development and implementation of the Firm's communications strategy in Malaysia.
- To work closely with Marketing and BD colleagues to assist in the roll out and execution of international, regional and local marketing and thought leadership campaigns, events, and other brand activities.
- To liaise with the media on a reactive and proactive basis as required.
- Bachelor's degree
- Five years of experience in design and delivery of relevant internal and external communications, across multiple channels including print, digital and social media
- Experience of working in a financial or professional services firm is preferred
- Excellent English, including written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to deal effectively with journalists, Firm leadership, partners, associates, and marketing/PR colleagues
- Experience of dealing with the media and basic tools of media relations is preferred
- Good understanding of social media platforms and tools, and familiar with other communications channels and technologies
- Ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven role
